Job Summary

We're looking for a

Trainee Woodworker

to help manufacture our bespoke timber play equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in woodworking --

no prior experience is needed

, and

full training will be provided

.

You'll be working in our workshop as part of a friendly team, helping to build and repair high-quality timber structures used in playgrounds and public spaces..

Responsibilities

Measuring, cutting, and assembling various materials (mainly timber) Manufacturing and repairing timber play structures to

BS EN 1176 safety standards

Supporting workshop tasks and keeping work areas organised Assisting with site preparation or installation if required Following health and safety procedures at all times Opportunity for

paid overtime

What We're Looking For

A willingness to learn and develop new skills Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail Strong timekeeping and organisational skills Commitment to safety and working as part of a team

English fluency is not required

-- basic communication skills are fine

Driving licence is essential

due to our workshop location
Previous woodworking experience is a bonus but not essential.
