We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, from serving food and beverages to maintaining cleanliness and supporting kitchen operations.

Duties

Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Support the team in maintaining stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.

Skills

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential. A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are met. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
