Since 2018, we've supported local authorities, combined authorities, and private developers on transport, housing, and regeneration projects ranging from 20k to 90m+. Our experienced team brings expertise in civil engineering, building surveying, construction management, and masterplanning. We provide practical, proactive leadership through every stage of delivery -- from early feasibility to final handover -- ensuring clarity, control, and compliance at every step.

Role: Trainee/Graduate Project Manager - Career Change Programme

This is a unique opportunity for graduates from any discipline to transition into a rewarding career inproject management. Our Career Change Programme combines hands-on experience with structured learning, starting with an

APM Fundamentals of Project Management course

and ongoing support towards achieving

APM or other relevant professional accreditation.

You will work alongside experienced project managers and cost consultants on live projects, gaining exposure to planning, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder management. This role is ideal for graduates who want to apply analytical and organisational skills in a practical, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating project activities. Support procurement processes and contract administration. Monitor progress and contribute to project reporting. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful delivery. Contribute to risk management and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

A degree in any discipline (business, economics, project management, construction, or related fields advantageous). Strong organisational and analytical skills. Excellent communication abilities. Interest in construction and the built environment. Commitment to professional development and learning.
