Role: Trainee/Graduate Project Manager - Career Change Programme
This is a unique opportunity for graduates from any discipline to transition into a rewarding career inproject management. Our Career Change Programme combines hands-on experience with structured learning, starting with an
APM Fundamentals of Project Management course
and ongoing support towards achieving
APM or other relevant professional accreditation.
You will work alongside experienced project managers and cost consultants on live projects, gaining exposure to planning, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder management. This role is ideal for graduates who want to apply analytical and organisational skills in a practical, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating project activities.
