About the Job

To provide high quality, flexible training, learning, advice and assessment to learners on Work Based Learning programmes in the workplace or college sites.


Assisting in the identification of potential candidates (apprentices). Undertaking initial assessments and be responsible for training, assessing and action planning for a caseload of candidates and be involved in the quality assurance of programmes Identifying training needs and agree delivery plans with candidates/employers, delivering timely frameworks associated with beauty therapy.

About You

Hold an Assessor Award (D32/33 or A1 or TAQA) Hold a teaching or training qualification, e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training or PTLLS or be willing to work towards within 12 months Hold a professional or vocational qualification at Level 3 in the area of Beauty Therapy Minimum Level 2 English (GCSE A-C, or equivalent) or be willing to work towards within 6 months Minimum Level 2 Maths (GCSE, A-C, or equivalent) or be willing to work towards
