The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for experienced Trainer Assessor to join the Health and Social Care team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.
The Role:
We are looking for a trainer assessor to join our Health and Social Care team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success. A huge part of the role is the personal and social development of all our learners & apprentices and this is embedded into our curriculum offer. We are an experienced, friendly team who would help nurture and support you on your journey at TSCG. You will deliver sessions to adults and apprenticeships either at college or within a setting and you will complete assessments in the workplace.

As a dedicated Trainer Assessor specialising in Health and Social Care, you will bring a wealth of experience and passion for nurturing the development of our students. With a strong background in Health and Social care education, this role offers you the opportunity to hone your skills in creating engaging and effective training programs that empower educators to excel in their roles. Your approach will be centered on fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment, where both trainers and trainees can thrive. By staying abreast of the latest educational trends and methodologies, you will ensure that your training sessions are always relevant and impactful. Your goal is to inspire and equip early years professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to make a positive difference in the lives of children.
Candidates must have a minimum L3 Teaching assistant or Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification, Assessor qualification, GCSE 4+/FS L2 in maths and English. Candidate will need to have a driving licence and car, to perform visits.
