We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Trainer at Hinkley Point C.





As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant training to support safe and effective operations at Hinkley Point C. Working on site, the role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering inductions, refresher sessions, safety training, and role-specific learning in line with client and Wilson James standards.

Starting salary from 36,000 per annum, plus a guaranteed monthly bonus 8.65% gross while you work at the HPC project Shift pattern of an average of 39 hours a week. What we need from you:




Essential:




CITB Operative H&S test (must be complete before start date) Level 3 Education & Learning or Delivering Training qualification

Desirable:




Mentoring and coaching qualification NVQ Assessor Qualification CPCS/NPORS qualification HPC pass holder Knowledge of HPC Site

What we are looking for:




Experience delivering training in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment Confident presentation and training delivery skills Ability to work within a matrix organisation Strong relationship-building skills, particularly in large or complex organisations Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) High attention to detail and accuracy in record?keeping and reporting Ability to present clear and meaningful training data to key stakeholders



Site Specific Information




You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history and required vetting process in line with HPC protocols You must be able to obtain the HPC pass The site is located remotely and a bus journey of approx. 5 minutes each way is required to gain access

This role is based on site and is currently operating a 9-day fortnight rota (subject to change
