At Ocado Logistics, we're looking for a Delivery Operations Trainer to support our site operations by helping our drivers and delivery colleagues reach new heights in safety, service, and performance.

What you'll be doing:
As a key part of the delivery operations team, you'll shape the Ocado customer experience through impactful site based training and development.
You will:
Deliver training to new and existing staff on customer service, food safety, manual handling, and safe systems of work
Provide both practical and theory-based driver coaching to improve risk awareness, driving skills, and promote a positive driving mindset
Offer constructive feedback and track trainee progress
Keep training records accurate, complete, and audit-ready Be responsible for delivering the full suite of training required at the site, including Site Marshal training.
We're also looking for someone who's keen to grow and develop--particularly in delivering compliance-based courses such as Food Safety and Health & Safety, as needed.
What you'll bring:
A clean record:
DVSA Approved Driving Instructor status (Fleet registered is a bonus)
No live sanctions
No MVIR in the last 12 months
No more than 3 points on your driving licence
Confidence to work independently and as part of a specialist team
A flexible approach to delivering training at various locations
Strong working knowledge of the Google Suite, PowerPoint, and UK traffic regulations
Ability to deliver clear, honest feedback to help others grow
