Job Description

Your role as a New Store Opening Trainer at Popeyes will be crucial as we launch and establish Popeyes in the Republic of Ireland, alongside our continued growth across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to be part of bringing the Popeyes brand to a brand-new market.


We are looking for passionate individuals who live and breathe hospitality, who want to be part of creating joy for our customers. You will be working within the Training Team to deliver training to our new joy creators, supporting restaurants in the Republic of Ireland before, during and after launch, while also supporting UK openings when required.


This is an in store-based role and will require frequent weekly travel, with a strong focus on our Republic of Ireland openings. You must be willing to travel to fulfil this role and must hold a valid passport.

What we're looking for

Previous experience of Management in QSR or hospitality is essential Previous Hospitality Training experience is desirable from a fast-paced environment A high level of passion for the Hospitality industry with a keen interest in training as a career path Great at building relationships alongside strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast- paced environment & meet deadlines Can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve Ability to travel across the UK and Republic of Ireland for our restaurant openings is essential, including being away from home 3 to 5 days per week
