What you'll be doing:


Deliver n.duction training to team members, welcoming them, getting them excited, and setting expectations for their roles, with a focus on new sites Deliver pre-launch training to team members at new sites Deliver Leadership, Safeguarding, and Safety (N100 and Big Vision) training Manage and respond to team members, manager, and department feedback, making edits to training sessions and updating content to continually increase quality Support team members to navigate the N Academy, to read all necessary policies and eLearning to be signed off as competent Work with managers to ensure that all manager/mentor coaching is delivered to the highest standard and the experience for new team members is smooth and seamless Provide feedback to management teams on progress throughout training sessions, their team members and how they are getting on, and any further support required Ensure all training notes, guides, and n.duction resources are updated and clear for all managers and new starters to use to support their n.duction Visit nurseries to review Academy data, n.duction sign-offs and provide any additional Academy support required Respond to company trends by reviewing existing content and developing new content as required Review n.duction feedback and take appropriate action Keep track of n.duction data and regularly communicate with nursery teams, Regional Directors and support departments to ensure all n.duction data is fully completed Manage and deliver our Deputy and Room Manager Leadership Programmes Take a lead role in following up on training following the N100, ensuring all N policies and procedures are followed, alongside compliance with EYFS statutory requirements, H&S legislation, and Ofsted requirements. Carry out N100 audits yearly, per nursery, and provide critical analysis of common trends across the nurseries, and provide targeted support from the findings of the audit Support the Head of Safety by attending major incidents and conducting an in-depth review of the incident log, coordinating company-wide changes Assist the managers, giving them the tools and knowledge to manage safety compliance effectively Attend meetings across different departments, providing a joined approach across the group to help achieve our Wildly Important Goals Work a flexible work pattern within the nursery opening hours (7am-7 pm), with the flexibility to attend out-of-hours meetings and events as required



You should have...



Proven experience in delivering training programmes Demonstrable business partnering skills in communication and stakeholder management Exposure to the full learning lifecycle with expertise in multi-modal training programme delivery Knowledge of learning and development best practices and learning principles Excellent presentation skills Proven experience in a fast-paced, growing company Ideally some experience within a multi-site business Experience and/or passion for the Early Years or Education sector would be a major plus

Required Qualifications:

Training qualification (or equivalent demonstrable experience) Qualification in Early Years (ideal but not essential)
