We're expanding our Group Training Function and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Trainers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles to make a real impact within our Insurance business.
You'll support the Training Manager, Head of Training & Development, and Compliance Director in delivering high-quality training aligned with statutory and regulatory standards. You'll help shape the future of our workforce by providing induction, ongoing development, and coaching to both new and existing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver induction programmes for new starters
Facilitate training in sales, customer service, and compliance
Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate training records
Uphold business standards and suggest improvements
Support regulatory and compliance training
Deputise for the Training Manager when required
Travel to other offices or third parties as needed
What We're Looking For:
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and businesses
A desire to build your personal brand as a trusted and inspiring trainer
Experience is preferred, but not essential. You'll receive full training and support, spending the first 6 months learning about our business, departments, regulations, and standards.
