The Role



As our Compliance In-House Trainer, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, person-centred training across our services. From induction to refresher sessions, you'll ensure our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver classroom and on-site compliance training Design and update training materials and e-learning content Support training administration and evaluate training effectiveness Champion our values and promote a culture of continuous learning

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience within the care sector Confident public speaker and training facilitator Awareness of different learning styles Proficient in office management software, including Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to demanding deadlines. Ability to seek and share knowledge. Ability to be resilient and adaptive to new situations. NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent is desirable Train the Trainer qualification is desirable

Additional requirements



A full driving licence is essential. Flexibility to support business needs. Outstanding organisational skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong influencing and negotiation technique
