Cariad Care North Wales is seeking an experienced and motivated
Trainer
to deliver high-quality training to our care teams. This is a key role in ensuring our staff are confident, competent, and fully supported in providing outstanding care across the region.
Essential Requirements
Train the Trainer qualification (mandatory)
Experience delivering training within the health & social care sector
Strong understanding of current care standards, legislation, and best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt training styles to suit different learning needs
Good organisational and administrative skills
Passion for developing others and promoting high-quality, person-centred care
Role Responsibilities
Deliver mandatory and specialist training to new and existing care staff
Create engaging training sessions (classroom, practical, and online)
Ensure all sessions meet regulatory standards and company policies
Assess staff competency and provide feedback and support
Maintain up-to-date training records and documentation
Review and update training materials as needed
Support the onboarding process for new starters
Work closely with management to identify staff training needs and gaps
Promote a positive learning environment with a supportive, encouraging approach
