Mitera Training Academy is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Trainer to join our dynamic team. We predominately offer courses to companies throughout Devon and Cornwall in the Health and Social Care sector. We offer a wide range of courses which can be accessed either online, virtual classroom, on site and at Mitera Training Academy training room in Grampound Road. If you have a knack for teaching and a desire to inspire others, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the learners
Create course materials, presentations, and assessments tailored to the needs of diverse learners
Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and growth
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to guide their development
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective

Qualifications
Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in adult education
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to the success of the learners
Relevant teaching qualification
Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles
Experience of working in the Health and Social Care sector is desirable.
