Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for mentoring, and the ability to effectively educate staff on various systems and processes, including Salesforce, Workday, and HRIS. The Trainer will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.

Duties



Design and implement comprehensive training programmes tailored to the needs of employees across various departments. Facilitate engaging training sessions using tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint to enhance learning experiences. Educate employees on the use of HRIS systems, ensuring they are proficient in their roles. Mentor new hires and existing staff, providing guidance and support to promote professional development. Communicate effectively with team members to assess training needs and gather feedback for programme improvement. Present training materials in an engaging manner that encourages participation and retention of information. Collaborate with human resources to align training initiatives with organisational goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a training or mentoring role, preferably within a corporate environment. Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, HRIS systems, and other relevant software is highly desirable. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Experience using Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning tools is an advantage. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in programme development and delivery. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt training methods based on audience needs. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
