Training & Academy Coordinator Location: Peterlee Salary: up to \xc2\xa326k, depending on experience

Joining our growing business as a Training & Academy Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Learning & Development team, providing crucial support to the L&D Manager and Operational Management Team in onboarding new recruits. You\xe2\x80\x99ll take ownership for coordinating the end-to-end Operational involvement in the recruitment process, from induction to the final transition into the operation. This includes scheduling ongoing training needs and delivering a variety of training sessions during the induction process.

Salary- Up to \xc2\xa326,000 depending on experience. Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. About you
First and foremost, you will have a background in a Training, Recruitment, or HR related role.
You\xe2\x80\x99re experienced in delivering training sessions to new recruits and thrive off helping others to learn and grow.
You\xe2\x80\x99re confident in administrative tasks, with a keen eye for detail.
You\xe2\x80\x99re an excellent communicator, able to build relationships through your effective interpersonal skills and have good presentation skills.
As a flexible and self-motivated individual, you\xe2\x80\x99re effective at managing your time, with a track record of good diary and schedule management.
