Hartlepool Training are looking for a Office Administrator to join our expanding team in Hartlepool.
In this role you can expect the following tasks:
Meeting & Greeting visitors and directing to the appropriate areas
Answering sales enquiries and processing bookings
Taking Payments in person and over the telephone
Filing & maintaining accurate course records
Producing certificates
Record Keeping
Updating and monitoring social media profiles for the business
Invigilation of computer based testing sessions
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, keen to learn and will hold the following skills:
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Competency in using computers & Microsoft Office
Knowledge and experience using social media platforms
Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
Excellent Time Keeping skills
Full training will be given for all elements of the role.
This is a permanent position with an immediate start for the successful candidate.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 16:00.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year
