Job Description

NRL are recruiting a Training Administrator on behalf of our client who are a leading M&E Engineering contractor. This role will be integral to the training, learning and development of the business and you will support the Training Co-ordinator.
Regularly check webinar/e-learning compliance reports and report accordingly
Administer the NICEIC CPD process for Compliance.
Regularly check New Starter reports and liaise with Learning & Development to check everyone receives their required training.
Report new starters to Head of Social Value for targets.
Regularly check Leaver reports and advise individuals as required.
Log and file all company PDR's in a secure and confidential manner. Chase where necessary.
Work with the business and Early Careers to establish the forecasted intake of Apprentices for the following academic year.
Liaise with Colleges/Learning Providers for availability on STEM events.
Assist with Apprentice application and onboarding process
