As the business continues to scale, we're seeking a Training and Development Specialist to play a key role in shaping training, coaching, and development across their travel teams.What you'll be doingYou'll play a central role in elevating performance and service quality by: Delivering engaging induction and ongoing training programmesCoaching teams to enhance member satisfaction and service excellenceUpdating training materials as new processes and systems are introducedPartnering with managers to identify individual and team development needsWorking with global stakeholders across Travel, Product, HR and OperationsSupporting process improvements and contributing to travel-related projects What you'll bring Fluency in Arabic and EnglishExpertise with GDS systems - Amadeus essential Amadeus is a core booking system used across the travel industry to manage flights, fares, and reservations.
