Summary



We are seeking a forward-thinking, detail-oriented, and structured Training and Document Management Business Adviser to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure compliance with training and document management requirements for Pharmaceutical GxP and Business compliance processes while supporting efficient execution of Country Organisation Quality and Compliance activities. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of operational excellence, maintaining high standards for quality systems, and enabling compliance with regulatory requirements.



The ideal candidate will thrive in dynamic, multi-entity environments, show proficiency in document control systems, and work proactively with associates across the business to ensure training readiness and document accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:



Ensure compliant and efficient execution of quality and compliance activities related to training and documentation systems. Support resolution of quality-related issues, including investigations, deviations, and CAPAs. Promote a "right-first-time" culture of quality compliance across the organization. Act as a recognized expert in training and document management, liaising with global teams and stakeholders. Coordinate training logistics, including onboarding, role updates, and course material preparation. Monitor training expiry dates and schedule refreshers to maintain compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline training processes. Manage the internal document system, ensuring documents are current, compliant, and properly archived. Prepare and support audits and inspections as a subject matter expert in training and documentation. Report and analyze KPIs related to training and document management, escalating risks and issues as needed.

Essential Requirements:



Degree in a Science or data management subject or equivalent 2-3 years' experience in a quality, document management, training coordination, or learning and development role. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical GxP requirements and/or business compliance processes. Previous experience administering or managing training for new starters, role changes, and operational teams. Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives within a compliance-driven environment is desirable. Professional fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
