Job Summary
Radiant Minds Education is seeking a dedicated and organized Placements Coordinator to join our team in London (E14 9TS). The Placements Coordinator will be responsible for matching learners with suitable nursery programs across the city, ensuring an optimal fit for their developmental and educational needs. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and a commitment to supporting families and nurseries throughout the placement process. The ideal candidate will have experience in education coordination or placement services and a passion for fostering young learners' growth.
Key Responsibilities
Learner Matching:
Assess learners' developmental needs, family preferences, and nursery requirements to facilitate successful placements in London nurseries.
Family Engagement:
Work closely with families to understand their needs, provide guidance, and support them through the nursery placement process.
Nursery Partnerships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with nurseries across London to ensure smooth collaboration and effective placement outcomes.
Screening and Evaluation:
Conduct assessments and consultations with families to evaluate learners' readiness for nursery programs.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of learner profiles, placement agreements, and compliance with UK educational regulations and Ofsted standards.
Process Coordination:
Manage the end-to-end placement process, from initial family outreach to final placement confirmation, ensuring a seamless experience.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on placement progress, success rates, and feedback from nurseries and families.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment and education teams to align placement strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Studies, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in education coordination, placement services, or a related role.
Experience working with early childhood education programs or nurseries in the UK is highly desirable.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families, nurseries, and internal teams.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems for record-keeping and reporting.
Knowledge of early childhood education standards, UK nursery regulations, and Ofsted requirements.
