Training Assistant
to join our team and work closely with the Contact Centre Training & Development Lead.
In this role, youll play a vital part in training healthcare professionals (HCPs) to use the Cleric Portal effectively. This system enables HCPs to book patient transport, track journeys, and prepare patients efficiently - helping reduce call volumes and improve service in our Contact Centre. Your contribution in this mobilisation project, will ensure users get the most from the portal and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Summary Of Main Duties Include
Deliver training sessions to healthcare professionals on using the Cleric Portal.
Assist the Training Lead with planning, scheduling, and coordinating sessions.
Provide follow-up support, answering questions and resolving basic issues.
Handle training admin tasks, including attendance records, spreadsheets, and tracking completion.
Manage user accounts, including set-up, permissions, and access requests.
Respond promptly and professionally to training-related emails.
Collect feedback from learners and suggest ways to improve the training process.

A confident communicator who enjoys helping others learn new systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and happy to get stuck into both training delivery and admin tasks.
Strong understanding of IT systems and confidence using new software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
