As our

Part Time Training Centre Coordinator,

this role provides an opportunity to play a significant role in the transformation of learning and development at IVC Evidensia, supporting the running of a centre and all clinical and non-clinical programmes associated with the centre.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Training Centres Operations Manager, working alongside onsite coordinator and the Academy teams, to support and oversee running of the training centre, including of all programmes utilising the centres and supporting the delivery of online content.

Key Priorities

Responsibility for the running of a training centre, ensuring operational and clinical excellence at all times Supporting the delivery of practical and non-practical content as required, including practical demonstrations where appropriate Ensuring the centre remains stocked as required Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Be the face of the company, welcoming both internal and external delegates


ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the centres are fully equipped for clinical and non-clinical programmes. Supporting the preparation and delivery of all programmes. Contribute and support major UK events such as Leaders Forum and Graduate Academy as required Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sponsors to ensure engagement and support delivery of the programme. Actively participate in all team meetings, show awareness of and input into each team members challenges. Ensuring all GDPR, H&S and Animal Welfare policies are adhered to at all times.
