Training and Compliance Coordinator
to help drive the development and capability of our people.
This is a varied and rewarding role that goes beyond day-to-day administration. You'll be at the heart of our training and compliance function -- ensuring our programmes run smoothly, our records are up to date, and our people have the tools they need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams and external providers to coordinate training activities, support delivery, and ensure our compliance standards are met. You'll manage training logistics, maintain records, analyse performance data, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Coordinating training sessions -- from scheduling and logistics to material preparation
Maintaining accurate employee training records and ensuring version control of documents
Generating and analysing reports to track training progress and compliance metrics
Designing and reviewing post-training surveys to improve effectiveness
Assisting with delivery of internal training courses as needed
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external training providers
Supporting ad-hoc compliance projects in line with company priorities
Ensuring compliance with data governance and risk management policies
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's proactive, organised, and passionate about learning and compliance. You'll need to be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
2+ years in a fast-paced administrative role (essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
A passion for supporting learning and development
Previous experience in training administration or learning & development (desirable)
Experience within the insurance sector or working with external training providers (desirable)
