Position Overview
As the Training Content Adaptation Manager, you play a key role in adapting training content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness for assigned markets. This role is essential in ensuring that global training content resonates locally, drives performance, and enhances learner experiences across diverse markets.

Responsibilities
Adapt Training ContentAdapt training materials for specific markets, ensuring content is relevant, culturally appropriate, and aligns with local regulations and standards
Modify global training content to suit regional needs while maintaining consistency and alignment with overarching training goals
Evaluate Effectiveness and Ensure ConsistencyAssess the impact of adapted training content by evaluating learner feedback, performance outcomes, and knowledge retention
Provide constructive feedback on training content and delivery to support the continuous improvement of materials
Maintain global consistency in training materials while tailoring them to meet regional demands
Work closely with local market teams to ensure all content is accurate, clear, and reflects company standards and regulatory requirements
Support TeamsProvide ongoing support to local teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and knowledge to implement the training successfully
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to content adaptation and delivery
Collaborate Cross-functionallyWork closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., franchises, global training, medical, marketing) to gather input and ensure training content reflects the latest insights and market needs
Coordinate with local markets to ensure content aligns with their specific requirements and supports their learning objectives
Serve as the primary liaison to disseminate best practices and knowledge throughout various markets and across the international training, development, and adaptation team
Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in education, instructional design, business, or related field
Demonstrated experience in content adaptation, instructional design, or training development, preferably within the assigned market(s) context
Experience designing e-learning and authoring in e-learning platforms
Experience in med tech, fintech, or other regulated industry a plus
Skills and CompetenciesExpertise in adapting training content for diverse cultural and regional markets
Strong proficiency in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Strong cross-functional collaboration to co-create integrated and impactful training solutions
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Deep understanding of cultural nuances and market-specific needs for the assigned market(s)
Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training content and make data-driven improvements
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage content adaptation processes and logistics
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of quality in all training materials
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
