The Royal Association for Deaf people is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator - DeafAdvance to support the smooth planning, administration and delivery of our training and consultancy services. This role is central to ensuring our growing training centre runs efficiently, with well-managed logistics, clear communication and excellent customer service for learners, partners and internal teams.



This is a predominantly remote role. However, occasional travel to our London office may be required for team meetings. Additionally, there may be some in-person support for training logistics within a reasonable distance of your home location, depending on operational needs.

What you will be doing:



Coordinating project timelines, schedules and workflow to ensure training and consultancy activities remain on track Managing bookings, calendars, communication and logistics for DeafAdvance training and consultancy services Supporting the planning, delivery and evaluation of training sessions in line with Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports and project records Supporting the organisation of meetings, events and project-related activities Monitoring progress, identifying risks or delays, and adjusting schedules when required Liaising with internal teams, partners and stakeholders to support smooth and timely delivery Overseeing the onboarding process for course participants and maintaining accurate records and feedback Ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and within deadlines Supporting data entry, monitoring and reporting across spreadsheets, databases and the Training Management System Providing excellent customer service and helping promote RAD's training offer to external organisations

What we are looking for:



Strong organisational skills with experience in coordination, scheduling or administration Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail, accuracy and consistency in managing information Experience maintaining records, handling logistics or coordinating multi-stakeholder activities Problem-solving, proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessible communication Willingness to learn about deaf culture and DeafAdvance services (no prior BSL skills required - full training provided) Willingness to travel to the London office a minimum of once a month
