Job Overview
The overall aim of the coordinator is to support the training and development department within RTS' client. The role requires organisation and scheduling of learning delivery (both face-to-face and virtual classrooms) as well as enrolling the various personnel from the 167 dealerships in the UK onto the courses. The role will include setting up virtual classroom sessions and liaising with both attendees and trainers. They will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with the relevant members of staff in each of the retailers. Excel knowledge is required for this role, to report and update on completion progress, training targets and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities
Training Review meetings with each retailer to discuss progress, completion and support where required from the client.
Relaying data and information from reports identifying where enrolments are lagging and where new training has been introduced.
Requesting bookings to be made onto VCTs and in-person training days
Monitoring and reporting on learning pathway progress
Liaising with RTS PM on booking trainers and venues
Responding to queries on the LMS system

Pay: 24,420.00-25,000.00 per year
