This is initially to provide Maternity Cover.



As a Training Coordinator at Wildanet, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs that empower our team members. This position is essential for ensuring that our staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our customers in Cornwall and that our company maintains the technical skills and certifications to meet our governance requirements.

Responsibilities



Ensuring the apprenticeship programme is planned and delivered to schedule, including liaising with the Apprenticeship providers to ensure course submissions are delivered to time and quality. Ensuring that all supporting databases such as DAS & SMART awards are maintained and accurate at all times. Ensuring that all initial contacts with the Academy are triaged and sign posted accordingly. Ensuring through collaborating with trainers (in house and external) that all programme delivery requirements are delivered, to include room bookings and managing room readiness standards and the training schedule. Preparing and disseminating material such as joining instructions, learning materials, feedback forms, certificates of attendance). Reviewing course feedback to ensure improvements are captured. Assisting with the booking of external training, liaising with providers to onboard as approved providers and obtaining all relevant paperwork such as insurance documents. Maintaining training records (delegate lists, schedules, attendance sheets) and that the internal training matrix is reviewed regularly to ensure training does not lapse or become outdated. Handling accounts receivable and ensure invoices are processed correctly. Preparing and submitting reports on training activities and results as requested. Ensuring employees and vendors follow established policies. Managing own and delegates health and safety as detailed in our safety policies and procedures. Managing sensitive training information the requirements of our privacy requirements. Supporting the HR department with recruitment and onboarding activities.

Requirements



Strong understanding of administrative processes and Microsoft Office platforms such as Excel / PowerPoint / Word General good standard of education to a level 2 in functional skills. Have knowledge of Safeguarding and relevant policies concerning young people - relevant to younger Apprentices Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate with internal and external team members. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships. Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload Previous experience of working in a Telco and/or in a training role an advantage.

Pay: 24,570.00-27,570.00 per year
