Training Coordinator

for a

3 Month

contract based in

Manchester

.

Join us as a Training Coordinator

supporting learning programs by managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining records, and assisting with learning technology.

What you'll do:



Oversee day-to-day training logistics, including sending invites, preparing and distributing training materials, setting up training rooms, and monitoring attendance Act as a point of contact between trainers, clients, subject matter experts, and attendees to ensure seamless program execution and address queries Maintain accurate training records, manage documentation, collect and analyse participant feedback, and generate relevant learning reports and analytics Administer the LMS by inputting training data, creating learning assets and activities, and extracting reports Assist with a variety of learning projects and programs within the Learning & Education (L&E) team, ensuring project documentation is finalised and archived.

The skills you'll need:



Good organisational skills Basic project management skills to support small initiatives or task tracking Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with learning management systems is a nice to have although not necessary The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
