We are looking for a Training Coordinator to support our OneSpaWorld operations, on a fixed term basis (Immediate Start available - July 2026). This is a full time, hybrid working position based in London (Baker Street).



Reporting to the Special Projects Director and Head of Onespaworld Operations, you will work in conjunction with the Onespaworld Travel and Event Coordinator and Onespaworld OnBoard Team supporting a team of 10 field based staff who form part of our Onespaworld Business Development & Education team. The field based team spend their time visiting ships to deliver the commercial goals and training to ensure that ELEMIS standards are maintained.




Your role involves the planning and coordinating of cost and time efficient training plans for the team who work across multiple global regions. Think time zones, docks, ports, ships... and managing the Master Excel spreadsheet to keep this activity running smoothly!

What Will You Do?





Manage and maintain the end-to-end process of coordinating training plans for the OSW OnBoard Business Development and Education Team, made up of sails and day visits:
+ Align with pre-scheduled cruise itineraries.
+ Prepare contingency training plans as needed.
+ Ensure schedules are time & cost efficient.
+ Respond to last minute changes promptly and efficiently.
+ Ensure all plans are accurate and communicated in good time to the team.
Ensure all plans are prepared to maximise time & cost efficiency in line with commercial requirements. Submit administrative requirements mandatory for all training requests as required by each cruise line including both email and online portal submission. Advise the on-board team on visa requirements and any necessary documentation needed for a successful trip. Providing all necessary confirmations and documentation as needed. Manage and respond to all administrative requirements or training requests. Manage TOL and holiday for each team member as part of their travel plans. Compute and validate commission and bonus'. Compile weekly/monthly reports, sharing any business tools or information as needed in a timely manner. Identify and implement improved process or structure as needed. Work closely with OSW internal stakeholders to manage on-board communications in a timely and efficient manner.
