Training Coordinator Openreach

As we continue to grow and enhance our operations, we are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Openreach team. This role will report directly to the HR Manager and plays a crucial part in supporting our mission by ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance. The position is based in our Blackpool office with flexibility to work out of the Head Office in Preston if needed.

Key Responsibilities:



Working with the Contract Managers and Agents, gather and analyse information to determine training gaps across the Openreach Contract Work with external training providers to schedule the Openreach specific training such as SA006, FCFW1, FCCW1, BB1M, Q025, Q020, K8 etc. Keep all training records up to date Manage the onboarding of all Openreach Teams including loading of all training records to internal and external systems Attend fortnightly/monthly meetings with Openreach to discuss training compliance across the contract Manage the recharging process for the Self Employed and Subcontractors working with the HR and Payroll Team Design internal processes related to the training function Work with the Senior Management Team to provide expertise in the designing and identifying of training gaps throughout the business Any other administrative duties as directed by the Line Manager

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in a similar role within the utilities industry would be preferred Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization and external clients and training providers IT skills on internal systems and Microsoft Office packages

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
