  • Assess training needs for new and existing employees within the operations function
  • Conduct training and maintain employee training records for Production, Quality, Warehouse & Engineering staff
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
  • Develop training aids such as manuals
  • Train and develop trainers
  • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
  • Provide feedback to training program participants and management
  • Enforce policies and Standard Operating Procedures with in the training
  • Carrying out any work which the company may from time to time deem necessary
Your Profile
  • Good People Management Skills
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, accuracy and precision
  • Excellent communication skills and IT skills
  • Demonstrate a positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
  • Previous training desirable
  • Machine / Process knowledge desirable
  • IT literate
  • Knowledge of GMP / ISO Quality Management System
