Training Coordinator

to join our dynamic and fast-paced office and training centre, supporting the delivery of high-quality

health and safety training

to clients across various industries.

About the Role



As our

Training Coordinator

, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of the smooth running of the business. From scheduling sessions to coordinating with trainers and tracking progress, you'll ensure every team member has the tools and knowledge they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities



Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions for clients Liaise with trainers, clients, and venues to confirm logistics and requirements Prepare and distribute course materials and certificates Maintain accurate training records and client documentation Track bookings and manage the training calendar efficiently Monitor compliance with industry regulations and accreditation requirements Provide administrative support for onboarding new trainers and clients Assist with the evaluation and continuous improvement of training delivery Post regular updates on social media platforms to promote courses and engage with followers Create marketing content such as newsletters and brochures

Please note:

You may occasionally be required to attend other office locations, meetings, training sessions, or events, so a flexible and professional approach to travel is essential.

What We're Looking For



Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Confident using Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset Familiarity with awarding bodies such as IOSH, NEBOSH, CITB (a plus)
