The role:



Are you passionate about developing people and driving excellence in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment? Join us at Kendal Nutricare and play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver world-class infant formula.

In this hands-on, on-site role, you'll take the lead in designing, sourcing, and delivering training across the site -- from quality and compliance to personal and professional development.

During your first year, you'll focus on strengthening our training framework, ensuring all colleagues are fully competent in Quality, GMP, and mandatory training, while supporting managers to implement Personal Development Plans and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.

This is a full-time position based at our Kendal headquarters, working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.



What you'll be doing:



Develop and deliver engaging training across Quality, Food Safety, and site compliance. Conduct training needs analysis and manage a site-wide training matrix. Source and manage external training providers for specialist programmes. Partner with development leads and managers to build meaningful personal development plans. Maintain accurate training records and support audit readiness. Lead the implementation of a learning management system and report on compliance metrics.

What you'll need:



Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Quality training within food, dairy, or infant formula manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards. Great communication skills ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Experience developing skills while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
