Essential skills for the role of Training Instructor at Adapt: We do value some essential skills for the role of instructor at Adapt:
  • Full driving licence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a varied audience in a clear and accurate manner
  • Competent use of IT, Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Level 2 standard in English and Maths
  • Competency certificates within the industry you are experienced within
  • Self motivation
  • Ability to travel (using company vehicle) beyond Merseyside
  • Embraces diversity and shows dignity and respect for all
If successful and once trained there will be a requirement to work away for 1 week a month on average.
