Training Lead Business Analyst | London Markets | Financial Services | Insurance | Markets | London | Hybrid 3 days a week in the office per week | 650/day (Inside IR35) | Contract until end of July 2026 |
Our London based client is seeking a Training Lead Business Analyst to work on an implementation of a new system. You will coordinate and drive the training to circa 100 staff through webinars, process guides or classroom style training.
Insurance knowledge of London and markets is highly desirable though not essential.
Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Business Analyst skills
  • Experience within Markets (preferable) / Financial Services / Insurance
  • Experience coordinating and driving training content and delivery
  • Previously worked on platform system implementation / change
  • High level stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Location: City of London
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office / 2 days working from home
Contract: Until July 2026
Rate: 650/day Inside IR35 via umbrella
