The successful applicant will report to the Team Leader, based at our Deeside Warehouse.

Tasks:

Train new starters in the appropriate SOPs for the position occupied. Document training notes, and completion of training status. Document SOP audit compliance tests by employee Receive new suggestions for SOP improvement and test feasibility to implement. Co-ordinate with Amazon to update SOP documentation. Lead development of job aids to ensure SOP information is accessible. Complete training and basic health and safety inductions for all new starters.

Previous experience in leading and training teams is essential for this role

Regular Scheduled Hours:

Mornings - 6:00am - 16:30pm Afternoons - 12:00pm - 22:30pm
Peak Schedule (Usually Nov - Dec, but can vary)

Mornings - 6:00am - 16:30pm Afternoons - 16:30pm - 03:00am
