At Amazon, we are always exploring new opportunities to shape our global business. As a Training lead, you'll be an essential part of coordinating and delivering training for the Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) drivers in the UK.



ATS/AMZL Process Learning is looking for a Training Lead with a proven track record of delivering results and experience in learning and development to support the journey of our TAP drivers. In this role you will support drivers in the programme by delivering training, working with 3rd party driving instructors and coordinating their learning journey as they progress to be Line Haul eligible drivers.



Key job responsibilities

Deliver Training including both practical and classroom training Liaise with 3rd Party Trainers Liaise with local site teams including learning, HR, Safety, Engineering and Transport Operations Management Manage test bookings and scheduling for drivers undergoing driver training Communicate to internal stakeholders including Operations, Safety, HR and Learning Internally audit training Deliver practical training in the yard Update and maintain accurate training records Manage a range of digital record keeping systems


A day in the life

As a training lead you will work with a range of stakeholders to manage our drivers learning journey. This ranges from booking tests and updating training records to delivering training and facilitating an excellent learning experience from new hires to veteran drivers. You'll work as part of the EU ATS/AMZL Process Learning with a specific area of responsibility for the TAP UK programme.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Valid and active driver's license Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


----------------------------

Knowledge of UK driving licences and training pathways.
