We're looking for a Training Manager to join our GXO Direct operation supporting Mountain Warehouse in Peterborough. In this role, you'll lead onsite training activity, develop tailored learning programmes, and drive capability across all levels of the operation - from entry-level colleagues to emerging and established leaders.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 days from 7, 40 hours per week.
