The Training Manager will deliver Data & AI leadership and professional development training within The Data Lab Academy Programme. The successful candidate will facilitate learning for organisational leaders, professionals, and postgraduate students, ensuring they acquire foundational knowledge and strategies to build data and AI skills for successful and responsible technology adoption.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Degree in relevant subject or equivalent formal training, plus a hands-on experience in a similar or related role(s)
Training Expertise: Proven experience in delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions, particularly in data and AI.
Innovative Thinking: Capable of integrating innovative techniques into training delivery to enhance learning experiences.
Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyse feedback to inform ongoing improvements
