Job overview




We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Digital Team. This role is to manage the digital training programme for the Trust.



We are looking for individuals with good communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The post holder will be required to work independently and within a team. Knowledge of the systems already in use at the Trust such as Cerner (iCLIP Pro) is essential. Proven training management is essential.

Main duties of the job






To manage the delivery of training for Cerner/iCLIP Pro to enable staff (Medical Nursing, Doctors and Administrative) to meet the daily demands of their roles. To manage the creation of training documentation and ensuring that all training documentation is formalised across all systems and are reviewed regularly.

To plan, create and design a variety of training programmes/plans/user guides.

To manage the training schedule/programme with corresponding resources to enable the effective delivery of training sessions to meet the needs of the service. This will include training rooms, trainers, documentation, laptops and projectors.

To ensure all data quality policies and procedures are conveyed to the training team and incorporated into the delivery of training.

Investigate and resolve complaints in relation to the delivery of training and system problems/issues.
