One of LA's hottest fast-casual brands is expanding across the UK - and we're looking for a passionate Training Manager to help deliver exceptional standards and support new openings nationwide. A great opportunity for an Assistant Manager or Junior General Manager who wants to grow into a training and development role.

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging training programs for new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth and consistent launches.
• Coach and mentor new team members and managers on brand culture, service, and operational standards.
• Provide hands-on support during openings to help teams perform at their best.
• Manage travel, schedules, and logistics for training sessions nationwide.
• Keep training content fresh, relevant, and aligned with company growth.

What you'll bring:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager / Junior Manager in QSR or hospitality
• A passion for training, people, and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Flexibility to travel frequently across the UK (and occasionally Europe)
• Ambition to grow into a senior training or L&D role
