Title: Training ManagerLocation: London, N1C 4AGPay: xc2xa350,000Shift: Monday to Friday (45 hours)A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Training Manager, who will work at our client's prestigious premises in London.King's Cross is one of the largest and most exciting redevelopments in London, warranting its very own postcode and drawing in national and international tourists, commuters, families, and educational groups alike.We are looking for a competent Training Manager to support the Key Account Director and the Estate Security Team, responsible for planning, delivery and record keeping of the training requirements.About the role as a Training ManagerThe successful candidate will be responsible for the professional development of the team, at all levels, working alongside a dynamic management team to build staff competencies, and maintain compliance with statutory company accreditation, such as BS 7499.Based on the Kings Cross Estate and its accompanying buildings, the role will be to ensure compliance with contractual training, work with local law enforcement to ensure opportunities are grasped for specialist training and do develop complimentary training initiatives to enhance and upskill the team. This may include occasional out of hours commitment, so flexibility is expected.Requirements as a Training Manager

• Hold a nationally recognised Training/ Teaching qualification
• Hold a nationally recognised Internal Quality Assurance/ Safety qualification
• Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licence
• Have experience in delivering a range of security related training courses.
• Hold a valid nationally regulated Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification or higher.
• Have experience in delivering a range of health and safety related topics including fire and manual handling.
• Must have the following skills and abilities:
• Excellent pre course and post course administration and organisational skills
• Experience in course design, development and delivery of both new and existing course programmes from start to finish including course materials, presentations and schemes of work.
• Be able to manage the training matrix along with developing individual and team training competencies.
• Work with both internal and external managers daily.
• Be able to work to the standards set by awarding organisations.
• Be prepared to deliver training at times to suit client requirements this will mean out of hours on occasions.
• Establish a training structure and plan and develop a learning culture.
