Training Manager
Up to 80,000 per annum | Hybrid - London based (with some client travel) | SC Clearance Required
We are recruiting a Training Manager to join a specialist data and AI consultancy. This role focuses on shaping and scaling in-person training programmes for both developers and end users across Palantir Foundry and Gotham platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Translate customer training needs into structured course modules and learning outcomes.
Oversee and support the delivery of in-person training sessions.
Develop and maintain high-quality training materials and ensure consistency across courses.
Build, coach, and manage a pool of trainers across data, AI, and Palantir technologies.
Work with clients to define modules, target audiences, and scheduling.
Support proposals and client discussions with training insights.
Contribute to long-term growth plans, including potential digital training products.
Requirements
Experience in training management or learning & development within a technology or data-focused environment.
Comfortable with technical concepts and data workflows (Python, TypeScript, or SQL beneficial).
Strong organisation and communication skills.
Enjoy coaching and developing others.
Hold or be eligible for SC clearance.
Desirable
Experience with Palantir Foundry or Gotham.
Exposure to large-scale data or AI programmes.
