What you'll be doing



The business is seeking a

Training Partner

to support specific manufacturing teams including Sheet Metal, Fiberglass, Pipes, Pressure Test, Sub Assembly and Inspection. The Training Partner will develop and deliver training experiences for colleagues across these teams, as well as supporting team leaders, cell leaders and managers across manufacturing with delivering their training requirements.

Key aspects of the role include:

Creating and developing training programmes around skill requirements, including development pathways, identifying training course options, and supporting the personal development of colleagues and overall team development plans. Defining and delivering training session content including materials, exercises and identifying the required skill levels and standards. Developing tools and relevant assessment methods needed to establish competence and certify skills. Ensuring that training records are collated and inputted within the learning management system, maintaining KPI and metric reporting including quality assurance and peer review of training resources. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure critical training requirements are met.

Characteristics & Skills



Proven experience in training and developing people. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships. Experience of manufacturing processes in the Aerospace / Defence / Automotive industries. Understanding of engineering drawings used by manufacturing teams. Knowledge of ejection seat products would be advantageous.

Education & Qualifications



Level 4 (HNC) or higher-level qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
