Part-Time Role (16-24 Hours Per Week, Flexitime)

Pro-Rata 32,448 (15.60 per hr)

Are you a dynamic and organised professional seeking an exciting part-time opportunity? The International College of Professional Celebrants (ICPC) is looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Training Programme Manager.

About the Role

As the Training Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the smooth operation of our residential training courses (which take place at our 'home' High Trenhouse in the Yorkshire Dales) and follow-up home study modules. You will work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team to ensure the success of students and the continuous development of celebrant training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage 5-day residential training courses and follow-up modules with support from the Student Services team. Organise and lead regular team meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Ensure compliance with staffing, insurance, and National Open College Network (NOCN) requirements. Coordinate with Student Services and NQA assessors to facilitate students' NOCN journey. Develop ICPC member services, including CPD programmes and events. Monitor competitor training companies to maintain our leadership in the industry. Support management of Facebook and WhatsApp groups by responding to questions and posting content.
Qualifications and Experience

Higher level of education. Previous managerial and leadership experience. Experience in training course environments or educational development is preferred. Strong communication skills and excellent command of written and spoken English. Ability to analyse data and implement improvements effectively.

Supportive and motivational leadership style. Sense of humour and a forgiving nature to foster a positive work environment. With sensible travel distance of Settle in the Yorkshire Dales would be an advantage however the role is available as a remote option for the right candidate.
