Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Training & QA Manager to lead a small, specialist team responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning and quality assurance programmes.
Salary: 55k + Exceptional bens
Location: Hybrid, office in central London 3 days PW

As Training & QA Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a specialist team focused on training design, delivery, and quality assurance
- Design and implement engaging, impactful learning programmes that drive performance
- Embed robust QA frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence
- Analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align learning strategy with business objectives
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in a Training, Learning & Development and QA leadership role
- Experience managing and developing small, specialist teams
- A strong track record of designing and delivering engaging training programmes
- Experience building or enhancing QA frameworks and standards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
