About the Team:
The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, providing essential support to the ASG Team. Key duties include coordinating training sessions and managing invitations, tracking attendance, supporting the implementation of process changes, and handling general administrative tasks such as responding to routine Helpdesk queries.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and schedule training sessions.
  • Issue invitations for training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate training attendance logs.
  • Collate training and team statistics for management reporting.
  • Monitor and track the implementation of changes across Admin Teams.
  • Review and log queries received via the ASG Helpdesk.
  • Manage and maintain the ASG team email inbox.
  • Respond to routine Helpdesk queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain access credentials for external support systems used by Admin Teams.
  • Due to the changing nature of the business, the job holder may from time to time be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within their capabilities.
Your Profile:
Essential:
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in a similar office administration or support role
  • Good interpersonal, written, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive, flexible approach to work and to be a team player
Qualifications:
  • Preferably educated at least to 'A' level standard but a minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C/9-4 including Maths and English
