Job Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trampolining Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and develop trampoline gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. As a Trampolining Coach, you will be responsible for creating a positive and safe training environment while promoting physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork.

Responsibilities



Plan and Lead trampolining sessions and liaise with the head coach. Teach fundamental trampolining skills, techniques, and routines in a clear and engaging manner. Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a safe training environment and adhering to safety protocols. Provide constructive feedback to trampoline gymnasts and their parents to help them improve their skills and performance. Organise and lead sessions, including warm-ups, skill development, and cool-downs. Monitor the progress of trampoline gymnasts and adjust training plans as necessary to meet their goals such as competition requirements. Leading and delivering parties, holiday activities and event days including competition days with the support of colleagues Foster a positive team culture that is encouraging, respectful, and supportive. Communicate effectively with trampoline gymnasts, parents, and other coaching staff regarding progress, expectations, and any concerns. The confidence to serve customers of all ages, handling money and stock taking at the in house cafe Availability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Skills



Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in trampolining or related disciplines. Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable way. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with trampoline gymnasts of varying ages. Ability to motivate and inspire trampoline gymnasts to achieve their personal bests. Strong organisational skills to plan training sessions effectively. Knowledge of trampolining techniques, rules, and safety practices is essential.
