08:0018:00 |Weekends rota basis, Saturday 09:00-17:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00

What Youll Be Doing:

As a Transaction Manager, youll play a key role in our Sales Department by:

Leading a small team

and developing Sales Consultants.

Driving finance and insurance sales

to maximise profitability.

Delivering exceptional customer service

while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.

Providing training

to keep the sales team up to speed on financial products.

Identifying and implementing improvements

to enhance customer experience.

What Were Looking For:

Were looking for someone with a

track record of success in automotive sales

who can bring confidence, energy and professionalism to our showroom. This person will:

Proven sales experience

in the motor industry.

Strong knowledge of finance & insurance products

(F&I, MBI, vehicle valuation).

Customer-focused approach

with excellent communication skills.

Solid administration & IT skills

to support key processes.
