Transaction Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the full end-to-end vehicle, finance, and insurance sales process (FCA compliant) Supporting, coaching, and mentoring our Sales Executives to achieve and exceed targets Driving F&I performance through confident closing, part-exchange assessments, and customer handovers Monitoring KPIs, producing monthly performance reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement Delivering engaging training sessions to develop the sales team's skills and product knowledge

Transaction or Business Manager

F&I products, compliance, and FCA regulations
